Due to the handmade and devotional nature of our products, refunds are typically not available, with the exception of the following specific situations.

1. Refund Eligibility
A refund will only be given if:

During delivery, the product sustains damage.

In contrast to what you ordered, you receive the incorrect item.

2. Situations That Are Not Refundable
There won’t be any refunds:

change of heart after making a purchase.

Due to handmade craftsmanship, there may be slight variations in size, color, or design.

The customer selected the wrong size.
